On the other hand, I would be just as happy if it was wrapped in tissue as I know how bad celephane is for the environment, in terms of it biodgrading (it doesn't) and the petro-chemicals which cause a lot of air polution to manufacture. Like I said--I loved the wrap, but am personally starting to choose other methods to wrap and making the adjustment because it will take all of us doing that to make a difference. The city I live in actually just passed a law to ban free plastic bags at retail and grocery stores and I expect this will spread to other areas.Just my 2-cents. I will still buy from you but wanted to share these thoughts. I wish you well in your business and enjoyed the story in the brochure! LT

I ordered from them, the shipping was normal but when I got it in the mail it wasn't just thrown in a box like other online retailers have sent me in the past. I ordered a custom banner for my daughter's first birthday, and *after* I completed my purchase and got my confirmation email I noticed that I needed to edit the text. I emailed SimplyBirthdayStuff.com immediately and explained the change I wanted. They emailed me back within 12 hours with a resounding "No problem!" And, the change did not affect my delivery date. Everything came on time, looked great, and my daughter had a very happy first birthday.

The estimated arrival dates for each type of shipping was a nice touch, that made me feel secure that I'd get my supplies in time for my daughters first birthday, even if I chose ground shipping. That same night when I received my confirmation I realized I mistakenly put to send it to Colorado instead of California. Thank goodness they have a customer service number that connects you to someone even late at night!!! Problem fixed, and not only did I receive my supplies( all cutely packaged up might I add) on time, but a day early!!!

Body: I placed my order with only a few days to go before I needed the beautiful and original banner. I paid extra to have it shipped two day air. UPS lost my package, but Simply Birthday Stuff tracked it themselves, called me,(that's right, they called me), remade my banner and shipped it overnight Saturday delivery, at no extra cost to me. Words cannot do justice to the excellent customer service that I received. They were friendly, extremely helpful and very determined to get me my banner in time for the party.
