Party hats come in three different pieces.
This is the party hat, this is the band and this is the personalized pop out.
So you take the personalized pop out tab and insert it into these little slits here on the party hat.
Find the A on the party hat and the A on the band and insert them together.
There are a lot of inserts here so you can make it adjustable for Sherese's head in this case, and get the right size.
And you put it on the inside.
And it's that easy!
